Dr. Xiaoyue Jiang is the Director of Analytical Development and Quality Control at Kivu Bioscience, with 14 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. She brings deep expertise in analytical method development, release and stability testing, and product characterization across a variety of biologic modalities. Dr. Jiang has supported both early and late-stage programs, applying data-driven insights to advance method innovation and product quality control.

Before joining Kivu, Dr. Jiang held roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she developed advanced mass spectrometry-based applications for biologics, as well as at Pfizer, Nektar Therapeutics, Molecular Templates, and Vir Biotechnology, where she led both internal and outsourced analytical programs. She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
